Prof. Dr. Emre Sivrikoz is a board-certified colorectal surgeon (FEBS) and one of Turkey’s foremost specialists in laparoscopic and robotic gastrointestinal surgery. He completed research fellowships at Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California (USA) and St. Mark’s Hospital, London, one of the world’s leading colorectal surgery centers. His expertise includes minimally invasive colorectal surgery, proctology, and functional bowel disorders. Prof. Sivrikoz has authored over 30 international publications, presented at more than 20 global congresses, and performed numerous advanced procedures such as laparoscopic proctocolectomy with J-pouch and rectal cancer resections.

Over 30 SCI-indexed international publications on colorectal and gastrointestinal surgery (Colorectal Disease, World Journal of Surgery, Annals of Surgery, Medicine (Baltimore), European Surgery). Co-author in multiple ESCP collaborative audits and international trauma research with Demetrios Demetriades, MD (USC)
