Tezer Kutluk

Prof. Dr. Tezer Kutluk is an internationally recognized pediatric oncologist with over 30 years of experience in cancer care and research. Former President of the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC), he has played a key role in global cancer control initiatives and pediatric oncology policy development. His research focuses on advancing childhood cancer survival rates and introducing innovative treatment models. He is deeply committed to evidence-based and ethical medicine.
